Get connected
Use DMG Business Management — this distributor dashboard — for onboarding and your business activity. Patient Contact Portal access begins with your first patient. For now, complete QuickBooks ACH setup and find your product resources here.
Patient Contact Portal
DMG Business Management is your primary workspace for onboarding, orders, delivery status, commissions and product resources. Use the Patient Contact Portal for patient contact and supporting materials.
Patient Contact Portal access begins with your first patient. No setup is needed yet. If you already have portal access, use your own invited email to sign in below. Your distributor dashboard login does not activate Patient Contact Portal access.
Open Patient Contact Portal ↗QuickBooks ACH
Open your invitation email from QuickBooks and complete ACH setup there.
DMG can help with a missing invitation. Record completion here; banking details stay in QuickBooks.
Find your resource library
Explore the training library for product literature, clinical references, and materials for your assigned products. Use Resources in this distributor dashboard as your main training library. Supporting documents are also available in the Patient Contact Portal.
Build your product knowledge
Review the training and resources for each assigned product, then complete its knowledge check. Practice using this distributor dashboard for business activity and the Patient Contact Portal for patient contact; bring any questions to DMG. Product readiness and VA account milestones are reviewed separately.

Sessions last 10 minutes; allow at least two hours between sessions and do not exceed three sessions in 24 hours. Check with DMG before planning multiple treatment areas.
Your product training checklist
Practice the platform workflow
Open the Patient Contact Portal quick start ↗.
Use My DMG Business to practice with clearly labeled sample records before your first sale. The portal quick start introduces its available screens. Use only a DMG-designated test record for any practice.
Product knowledge check
This is an open-book knowledge check. To pass, answer at least 13 of 16 questions correctly, including all critical questions on instructions, suitability, ordering, and escalation. Review the explanations and try again when needed. A passing score means you are ready for DMG review; it does not authorize launch.
Practice the conversation
Use the three prompts in your product assessment: introduce the device, describe a realistic facility next step, and explain first-order support. Discuss your responses with DMG.
Your responses are saved for DMG to review. Be ready to discuss your reasoning and any questions.
The right material, in one place
Find product literature, clinical references, and training materials for your assigned products. Use these resources to prepare for product training and conversations with clinical and purchasing teams.

Plan your next steps at each VA facility
Track the vendorization route, forms and in-services, and first patient consults. Focus on account milestones; there are no weekly activity or conversation quotas.
Vendorization: from first request to confirmed setup
Start before, or alongside, your first consult/order. You identify the correct form and track completion with Prosthetics. DMG completes the company paperwork and vendor registration.
- Ask Prosthetics whether they use the standard form or a local form. Obtain the accepted version and their submission instructions/contact. If they use VA Form 10091, the official VA page has the current standard form ↗.
- Send the correct form and any questions to Distributor Support. Email distributorsupport@dmg.health. DMG completes the company paperwork and returns it; you track completion with Prosthetics.
- Track it through completion. Follow the facility’s instructions for returning the completed form, confirm receipt and follow up with Prosthetics until setup is confirmed complete.
Help the clinician prepare the consult
Share the respective product’s capability statement for the VA-approved consult wording. At minimum, include the correct SKU, our legal business name Delta Medical, LLC, and our order contact: orders@dmg.health or fax 1-800-825-9163.
Need a capability statement or help with the process? Contact Distributor Support.
Use the facility cards below to record the required form, contact, submission status and follow-up. Keep patient names out of this dashboard.
